The government announced yesterday that home owners with significantly damaged chimneys by the 4 September earthquake could switch to clean burning heaters (for example a heatpump) under claims to the EQC.

The inspection of properties is continuing and emergency work has progressed quickly although a sharp aftershock on Wednesday 8th September has caused further and additional damage.
Any property where potential structural damage was reported by the tenant has been inspected and where a Structural Report is required we have ordered one.
