Applying For A Rental Property Through McPherson Property Management

If you have viewed one of our rental properties and decide you want to apply for it, all you need to do is fill in an application form and pop into our office with some photo id and a holding fee of one weeks rent in cash.

We try and process all applications as soon as possible, however missing information in the application and getting hold of your references and our owners can hold up the process.  Please ensure you have filled in all the information you can and we will have an answer for you within 3 working days.

 Tenancy Application Checklist

• One application form completed for every intended occupant over the age of 18
• Photo id (preferably drivers license and passport)
• If you are not a NZ resident, we will also require a copy of any current and future visas
• Any written references you have
• Holding Fee - one weeks rent in cash.

Please note we are unable to process any applications until we have received all of the above.
